  • As a Contract To Close Coordinator, you’ll be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring every detail of real estate transactions is handled with precision and care. You’ll guide clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, making their journey as seamless as possible.

    • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from contract to closing.

    • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, survey, inspection, and appraisal processes.

    • Schedule and manage inspections, assist in repair negotiations, and confirm timely completion.

    • Regularly update clients and communicate with agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.

    • Maintain and organize all necessary transaction documentation.

    • Monitor deadlines to ensure contractual compliance.

    • Educate clients by explaining each step of the transaction process and providing frequent updates.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Exceptional communication abilities with a warm, professional demeanor.

    • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.

    • Experience in real estate, mortgage lending, or title work is a plus but not required.
