Jen and her amazing team really do raise the bar for the Real Estate profession in the Bryan/College Station area. Z&A is truly a full service company.
First, she gave us a great assessment of the value of our home, and what gains we could realize by updating/upgrading certain items. Then she arranged for trades, scheduled them AND met them at the house so they could provide their bids. There was no pressure to do any of the work, it was totally our call, and again, her team met the trades at our house to let them do the selected work.
On moving day, her team helped us get rid of unneeded items - some to charity and some hauled off to the dump for us! The staging of our house was incredible, almost tempting us to want to move back in!!
This all would have been enough to exceed our expectations, but Z&A didn't quit there! The REAL magic was the expertise and advice provided when it came time to negotiating with the several offerors. Jen advised us so professionally, and it seems she actually helped/mentored the buyers' agent in order to get the deal over some hurdles and across the finish line.
Jen exhibited true expertise and leadership as she guided us all to a Win-Win solution. We couldn't be happier with their services and we feel truly blessed that we found Zweiacker & Associates! You owe it to yourself to give them a look!!!
