Post Oak Mall is getting a facelift. General Manager Paul Loy told The Eagle they plan to upgrade restrooms, replace flooring throughout the building, add new food court furnishings, and remodel the exterior entrances of the property. Post Oak Mall is in its 28th year of operation and has maintained a 94% occupancy rate. The scheduled remodel is sure to get the community excited and revive interest.
How many malls have you driven by that aren’t lined with popular restaurants? The answer is “not many”. Post Oak will join the big leagues by inviting a proven Texas favorite, Chuy’s to the corner of Harvey Road and Hwy 6. Chuy’s is a concept restaurant that boasts fresh salsa, unique authentic Mexican food, hand-rolled tortillas, and famous Chuy’s Margaritas. If you’ve driven by the mall lately, you’ve probably noticed the brightly colored building and palm trees that have come along and characterize Chuy’s Mexican Food.
Post Oak Mall is in the center of the growing Bryan College Station community and we are excited to see the final product!
