Chris and I would like to thank Jen Zweiacker and her team for a wonderful experience buying our first home. Jen made our process so easy from start to finish. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to find homes that would very easily fit our lifestyle. Ironically, the house we purchased is the first home we walked into.
Buying a home can be quite overwhelming; but Jen and her team took so much of the pressure off us during the process. The whole team was very quick to answer questions and resolve any issues that came up. This was truly a much easier process than I could have hoped for. We are expecting our first baby and we are so excited to be able to bring her home to a house that fits us so well.

Jen found me and my daughter our perfect new home. She made my daughter feel a part of the process by handing her copies of the homes we would be seeing, including a clip board, legal pad and pen for her to take notes. She included my daughter in the entire process and made her feel special and part of her future home.

Unfortunately we moved our headquarters out of the College Station area but, I would use Greg and his professionalism in a heartbeat. Steve and I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to your staff for all you did for us with the purchase of our beautiful home. We couldn’t be happier. It was such a pleasant experience and we are so glad we chose you to represent us with our purchase. You have such a great concept; we always felt someone would be there for us, whether it was wanting to look at a house at a minute’s notice on a Sunday, or finally, when we found the perfect house you all took care of everything. From the onset to the closing we pretty much only had to show up to sign the papers and we always felt you had our best interests at heart.

Robert & I appreciate all of your hard work helping us find just the right place. This has been a perfect choice. My favorite spot of the house is the kitchen and dining room. There’s a great view of the main street and of course the city maintains the grounds of the historical Horlock house in front of us. Robert loves it here and still has a hard time believing he made it back to the “country.” We enjoyed getting to know you and are sincere in extending you an invitation to stop by anytime.
